At Artxystudioil, we are committed to providing exceptional personal styling services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our consultations and styling sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your appointment receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your styling session:
- Rescheduling is free when done 24 hours or more in advance
- We accommodate one free reschedule per booking
- Additional reschedules may be subject to availability
Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your styling consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
- A complimentary follow-up consultation to address any issues
- Partial refund at our discretion based on the nature of the concern
- Credit toward future services
Product Purchases
Artxystudioil provides styling advice and personal shopping assistance, but products are purchased directly from retailers. Returns for clothing and accessories must be handled according to each retailer's individual return policy. We can assist you with understanding return policies during your shopping session.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for Artxystudioil styling services:
- Are non-refundable but are transferable to another person
- Are valid for one year from the date of purchase
- Can be applied to any styling package

Please include your booking confirmation number and reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
